Our Day
We organise our sessions so that the children can choose from, and work at, a range of activities. In doing this children build up their ability to select and work through a task to its completion.
We adhere to the "Early Years Foundation State Statutory Framework"
Each child should have attained goals in each area of the curriculum by the time they leave the preschool. Those areas are:

Phonics
We use the Jolly Phonics "Letters and Sounds" system of Synthetic phonics, as promoted by the government. We work closely with the Foundation Stage Co-ordinator at Edward Feild School who use this programme.
